This platform facilitates conversation between strangers. We are not responsible for any content exchanged, actions taken, or outcomes arising from use of this platform. You use it entirely at your own consent and will. By using this platform, you acknowledge and accept all risks associated with communicating with unknown individuals online.

You must not use this platform for harassment, threats, spam, illegal activity, or any content that violates applicable law. This app is intended for users aged 13 and above. We abide by the rules and regulations of the law of the land applicable to us.

The following content is strictly prohibited and will result in an immediate warning or permanent ban:

• Drug trade — offering, soliciting, or discussing illegal substances (cocaine, heroin, meth, fentanyl, MDMA, etc.)
• Violent threats — threatening to harm, kill, or attack any person; bomb threats; terrorist references
• Child exploitation — any content involving minors in a sexual context, without exception
• Financial crime — money laundering, counterfeit currency, fraud
• Illegal marketplace — arms, weapons, illegal passports, dark-web links
• Hate speech — content targeting any person based on race, gender, religion, sexuality, or nationality
• Harassment & stalking — repeated unwanted contact, doxxing, or intimidation

All messages are monitored by automated systems. Flagged content is reviewed by our moderation team.

On a first violation, you will receive a warning and the offending message is blocked. A second violation results in a permanent device-level and IP-level ban with no further notice. Blocked users cannot re-register from the same device or network. To appeal, contact our support team.

In compliance with the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (India), we collect only the minimum data needed to operate:

• Name & avatar colour — shown on the radar to other users
• Approximate location (city/country) — shown on your profile; precise GPS is never stored permanently
• Device identifier (generated locally) — used to restore your session
• Chat messages — held in-memory only; cleared when the server restarts

Your data is not sold or shared with third parties. Delete your profile anytime via Settings → Leave Mesh.
